This means providing a conspicuous written notice to the individual that you are about to obtain these types of reports, obtaining their written authorization, and complying with adverse action steps. Our system allows easy compliance with these requirements. Many firms have been successfully sued for non-compliance with these steps. Don’t be included in their company.
